Pearson’s Appraisal Services has completed the revaluation of all properties within Town limits. Notices will be mailed out this week to all property owners.
If you disagree with the notice, there are 4 ways you can be heard:
- Personal appointment with an appraiser (to be held at Town Hall).
- Send supporting documents as to why the assessed value is too high/low by email.
- Send supporting documents as to why the assessed value is too high/low by mail.
- Schedule an appointment for the appraiser to contact you at a scheduled time.
If you would like to make an appointment to discuss the new assessed market value with Pearson’s either in person or via phone, or if you would like to provide documentation to Pearson’s for their review, please contact Linda Martin, Town Clerk, at (302) 539-3011 ext. 1 or by email at email@example.com.
