Road Repairs

Update 10/16/19, 1:00 p.m.

Due to heavy rains expected today and the potential ponding on the roads on Thursday, APS has postponed tomorrow’s road work and will be back on Friday, October 18th (weather permitting) to work on the streets.

Asphalt Paving Systems (APS) will be repairing the damaged microsurfaced areas on Tuesday, October 15th from 8:00 a.m.-5:00 p.m., weather permitting.  Areas to be repaired are:

• Bayard Street (including West Bayard and Bayard Street Ext.)
• Bayside Drive
• Madison Avenue
• Oyster Bay Drive
• Bunting Avenue (from Cannon Street through to James Street)

If the road is blocked off, please DO NOT walk on it and DO NOT ride your bike or vehicle on it.  Barricades will be removed once the surface is completely dry.

You may also want to move your vehicle to an adjacent street during this time as well.
