DelDOT has a public workshop scheduled for the SR 54 & Hudson Road Roundabout project on August 6th from 4-7 PM at Selbyville Middle School. Attached is the public notice that was just recently mailed to area residents.

2024-2025 Fenwick Island Reassessment Update
Upgrades to property, as documented by our records (Town of Fenwick Island building permits) or noted by the town assessor during recent field work, have resulted in an increase or decrease in both appraised and assessed values for homes that have been identified as having upgrades during the last calendar year.
If you’re interested in appealing your new assessed value, hearings will be held on Wednesday, July 24, via telephone conference from 9:00 a.m. to 11:00 a.m.
To schedule an appointment, please contact Mike Locke at the Town office at 302-539-3011, ext. 217. Appointments must be made by Monday, July 22, 2024.
