NOTICE OF SOLICITATION FOR CANDIDATES TOWN COUNCIL ELECTION
The Town of Fenwick Island is currently seeking qualified candidates to serve on the Town Council. There are four (4) Council seats available, each with a term of two (2) years.
To be eligible, candidates must have been registered to vote in the Town for at least one year prior to the election. Additional qualifications include being:
- A natural person and a citizen of the United States
- At least 21 years of age on or before the date of the election
- Either a bona fide resident or a property owner in the Town
- Not convicted of a felony
The deadline to file as a candidate is Wednesday, June 18, 2025, at 4:30 p.m. EST. The annual Town Election will be held on Saturday, August 2, 2025. Absentee ballots are available upon submission of an affidavit to the Town.
