The Fenwick Island Planning Commission invites all to celebrate and peruse the 2024 Town Of Fenwick Island Comprehensive Plan.
Fenwick Island’s new 10-year Comprehensive Plan was approved by Governor Carney in February, 2024.
The 2024 Comprehensive Plan can be found on The Town of Fenwick Island web site via this link Town-of-Fenwick-Island-2024-Comprehensive-Plan-1.pdf (delaware.gov).
Hard copies of The Plan are also available in Town Hall for review on site.
The Planning Commission welcomes all to discuss the many aspects of Fenwick Island’s new plan!
