With 4th of July fast approaching, we would like to make everyone aware that Fenwick Island does not allow fireworks in Town limits per Town Charter C-26.D. and Town Code 73-3. New Parking Permit System
Our parking kiosk is now up and running! If you need an hourly, daily, weekly, or summer permit, they can be obtained at the parking kiosk in front of the Police Station. For residential hang tags, they still can be picked up at the Police Station, Monday-Friday, 8:00 a.m. – 4:30 p.m.

Forgotten Cats provides a Trap, Neuter, and Return (TNR) program for cats in our area. The cost of the program is covered by a grant, so there is no charge to you.
