Welcome our 2025 Town Council

Yesterday, Mayor Natalie Magdeburger, Council Secretary Jacque Napolitano, Councilmember Kurt Zanelotti, and newly joined Councilmember Lucy Wilder were sworn in to begin their two-year terms.

We also recognize Council Treasurer Bill Rymer and Councilmembers Susan Brennan and Colleen Wilson, who continue their service and bring valuable experience to the team.

Over the last term, our Council has delivered meaningful progress for Fenwick Island — completing long-awaited dredging, adding new sidewalks to improve safety and walkability, upgrading administrative technology and expanding Zoom access to make meetings more accessible, and championing park projects, town events, and other initiatives that bring our community together and enhance our beautiful town. With their dedication, fresh ideas, and proven leadership, the next two years promise to be full of progress, positive change, and exciting opportunities for Fenwick Island.

On behalf of the Town of Fenwick Island staff, we are excited to work alongside this dedicated group, building on these successes and continuing to make meaningful progress for our town.

DarkSky Symposium Update Zoom Bombing

We regret to share that our DarkSky Symposium was targeted by a Zoom bombing incident. Due to this security breach, we will unfortunately not be opening the event to live Zoom attendees as originally planned.

However, we are recording the full symposium and will be posting it to our website shortly for everyone to view at their convenience.

We appreciate your understanding and continued support of our efforts to protect our night skies.
