Beach Mats and Dune Crossings
Public works will be installing beach mats over the next few days. We were waiting for DNREC to clean out all due crossings but that does not look promising at this point. We understand the inconvenience and are working towards improving access.
To summarize, in an average year the goal is to install beach mats before May 15 and leave in dunes until October 31 (depending on weather).

Mayor’s Comments
The following questions were received from Richard Benn earlier this month. Each question is restated in its entirety, followed by my response to each, specific question. Because I thought, perhaps, others in Town might have similar questions, I decided to make the questions and answers available to everyone by publishing them on the Town’s website. I will continue this practice as needed.
Sincerely,
Mayor Langan
