Corporal Stephen Lowe

In August, Corporal Lowe saved a person’s life by using an AED on the unresponsive person and also performing CPR on them.  Chief Boyden presented Corporal Lowe with a Proclamation at the Council Meeting on September 28th for his efforts and professionalism.  Good job Corporal Lowe!
